Health School
Jérôme LEFRANCOIS, a medical doctor, and Véronique DESCHAMPS, who has a Master's Degree in psychology, created the Health School to offer classes that teach students to preserve and improve their health.

A school to stay healthy
Health is a state of total physical, mental and social well-being, according to WHO (World Health Organization), and not only a lack of disease or disability.
To be healthy, well-being is necessary in three key areas: physical (body), mental (mind: thoughts and emotions) and social (positive relationships with other members of the “tribe” to which we belong: the human species, and probably also the environment more generally).
Individual behaviour linked to the way in which people want to organise their lives can be changed to improve quality of life and lifespan.
Illness is often a result of several different risk factors. We can promote our health and reduce risks by decreasing these factors; we can strengthen our health by building protective factors.
The role of the Health School is to provide you with keys to gain a better understanding of how to improve your health.
The well-being and health programme
This is a programme that each person follows at his/her own pace. It is a life-long programme, since health is not a remote and static target but rather must be nourished on a daily basis by being dynamic and active.
In French, to usher in the New Year, we wish our friends “good health”, with health being a destination, a goal; what we are proposing is a path to reach that goal - a "user's guide" to move in the right direction.
We help you develop know-how to preserve and manage your health.
Our courses, which are based on concrete teaching techniques tailored to their participants, link principles and specific behaviour.
