Cookery and oenology school « Les Coulisses gourmandes »
After working for 15 years in prestigious restaurants, Dominique Roué felt a need to share his knowledge with others. He founded a cookery and oenology school, Coulisses Gourmandes, 76 Grande Rue in Divonne, together with a store that sells upscale cookery equipment.
His classes are aimed at individuals, companies and even children.
Monthly teas are co-organised with the Tourist Office.
Dominique Roué re-invents culinary art, from a modern perspective, for contemporary men and women.
